We do accept most insurances.
We are unable to accept Medi-Cal.
If you decide you would like to work together, please send the items below to Jaimie at our billing department so your insurance can be contacted to determine how much it will cover and what you might need to pay out of pocket.
If you send any information by text it is important for you to know that any use of cell phones is not confidential. It is possible for people to access data on cell phones if they know how and have a desire to.
Please provide us with the following:
1. date of birth
2. copy of the front and back of your insurance card(s)
3. your address as your insurance provider has on file
You can provide the information by one of the following methods:

Once received, our billing department will contact your insurance to determine what percentage of the fee it will cover and what percentage you might need to pay out of pocket.
When completed, you will be notified and you can then schedule an intake appointment.
Intake sessions are 75 minutes and billed at $175.
Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes and billed at $140.
A sliding scale is available for hardship cases.
If you have a portion of the fee to cover out of pocket, cash, check, major credit cards, and
Venmo (not a confidential app) are accepted for payment at time of service.

Should you choose to use them, you do so with the knowledge that they are not confidential.

SESSION Cancellation Policy
1. If you miss an appointment or cancel it beyond the 24 hour requested time frame, and you are able to come on a different day in the same week, I do not charge you for missing the appointment.
2. If you are absent for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least a full 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. With 24 hours notice, the time slot may be able to be filled.
